1. Що таке AmigoAR
AmigoAR — асистент зі штучним інтелектом, який відповідає на питання про речі в камері й показує відповідь мітками в просторі. Користуючись AmigoAR, ти погоджуєшся з цими умовами та з Політикою приватності.
2. ШІ може помилятися
Відповіді й мітки — це підказки, а не порада фахівця. Мітка може стати не точно на деталь, а відповідь може бути неповною чи хибною.
- Перевіряй підказку, перш ніж діяти, особливо з електрикою, газом, автомобілем, ліками, їжею, роботою на висоті та інструментом.
- Не користуйся AmigoAR за кермом і там, де відволіктися небезпечно.
- Рішення, прийняті на підставі відповідей, ти приймаєш сам.
3. Акаунт
Вхід — через Google. Ти відповідаєш за все, що відбувається з твого акаунта. Видалити акаунт можна будь-коли — див. Видалення акаунта.
4. Оплата
- Ціни, підписку й кількість безкоштовних запитів показано в застосунку та в Google Play.
- Кожен запит до ШІ списує з рахунку свою ціну.
- Оплата, скасування підписки й повернення коштів — через Google Play і за його правилами.
- Залишок на рахунку можна витратити лише в AmigoAR; його не можна вивести чи обміняти на гроші. Коли акаунт видалено, залишок згорає.
5. Що заборонено
- обходити ліміти й оплату, надсилати автоматичні запити;
- ламати застосунок чи сервер або заважати їхній роботі;
- використовувати AmigoAR для незаконних дій або знімати людей без їхньої згоди.
За порушення ми можемо обмежити або заблокувати акаунт.
6. Зміни сервісу
Ми розвиваємо AmigoAR і можемо змінювати, додавати чи прибирати функції. Сервіс надається «як є»; у межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за шкоду від рішень, прийнятих на підставі відповідей ШІ.
7. Зміни умов
Коли умови зміняться, нова версія з'явиться на цій сторінці з новою датою.

1. What AmigoAR is
AmigoAR is an AI assistant that answers questions about things in your camera view and shows the answer with labels in space. By using AmigoAR you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. AI can make mistakes
Answers and labels are hints, not professional advice. A label may not land exactly on the part, and an answer may be incomplete or wrong.
- Check a hint before acting on it, especially with electricity, gas, cars, medicine, food, work at height and tools.
- Do not use AmigoAR while driving or wherever being distracted is dangerous.
- Decisions based on the answers are your own.
3. Account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for everything done with your account. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account.
4. Payments
- Prices, the subscription and the number of free requests are shown in the app and on Google Play.
- Each AI request deducts its cost from your balance.
- Payments, subscription cancellation and refunds go through Google Play under its rules.
- Your balance can only be spent in AmigoAR; it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. When the account is deleted, the balance is lost.
5. Not allowed
- bypassing limits or payments, or sending automated requests;
- hacking the app or server, or disrupting their work;
- using AmigoAR for illegal purposes or filming people without their consent.
We may restrict or block accounts that break these rules.
6. Changes to the service
We keep developing AmigoAR and may change, add or remove features. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm resulting from decisions based on AI answers.
7. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.
