1. Що таке AmigoAR

AmigoAR — помічник зі штучним інтелектом, застосунок для телефона: відповідає на питання про речі в камері й показує відповідь мітками в просторі.

Користуючись AmigoAR, ти погоджуєшся з цими умовами та з Політикою приватності.

2. ШІ може помилятися

Відповіді, мітки й кроки — це підказки, а не порада фахівця. Мітка може стати не точно на потрібне, а відповідь може бути неповною чи хибною.

Перевіряй підказку, перш ніж діяти, особливо з електрикою, газом, автомобілем, ліками, їжею, роботою на висоті та інструментом.
Не користуйся AmigoAR за кермом і там, де відволіктися небезпечно.
Рішення, прийняті на підставі відповідей, ти приймаєш сам.

3. Акаунт і вік

Користуватися AmigoAR можна лише з 18 років: перед входом застосунок просить підтвердити вік, і підтверджуючи його, ти заявляєш, що тобі є 18. Вхід — через Google. Ти відповідаєш за все, що відбувається з твого акаунта. Видалити акаунт можна будь-коли — див. Видалення акаунта.

4. Оплата

Безкоштовні запити, ціни підписки й поповнення показано на сторінці Ціни, у застосунку та в Google Play.
Коли безкоштовні запити скінчились, кожен запит до ШІ списує з рахунку свою ціну — за обсягом роботи ШІ. Ціну видно біля відповіді. Якщо ШІ не відповів, запит нічого не коштує.
Рахунок один для всіх версій: оплачений в одному місці, він працює в усіх, де ти входиш тим самим акаунтом.
На рахунку дві частини. Підписка щомісяця дає $2 на запити до ШІ; невитрачене за місяць згорає, коли починається новий. Поповнення не згорає. Запити спершу беруть гроші з підписки, а коли гроші підписки на цей місяць скінчились — з поповнень.
Підписку й поповнення купують у застосунку — через Google Play на Android і App Store на айфоні. Оплата, податки, продовження й скасування підписки та повернення коштів — через магазин і за його правилами (див. Політику повернення). На сайті amigoar.com оплати нема.
Підписка — $2 на місяць або $22 на рік одним платежем (річна так само дає $2 щомісяця). Підписка «Про» — $5 на місяць або $55 на рік: професійні інструкції й $5 на запити щомісяця. Підписка продовжується автоматично, доки ти не скасуєш її в магазині; після скасування діє до кінця вже оплаченого періоду. Поповнення від $5 відкриває професійні інструкції, доки не вичерпається баланс, а професійні відповіді тоді коштують удвічі дорожче.
Професійні інструкції мають суто дорадчий характер: рішення й відповідальність за результат і безпеку робіт лишаються за тобою.
Залишок на рахунку — це передплата запитів до ШІ в AmigoAR. Його не можна вивести, обміняти на гроші чи передати іншому акаунту. Коли акаунт видалено, залишок згорає.
Ціни можуть змінюватися. Уже зарахованого на рахунок це не зменшує.

5. Що заборонено

обходити ліміти й оплату, надсилати автоматичні запити;
ламати застосунок чи сервер або заважати їхній роботі;
використовувати AmigoAR для незаконних дій або знімати людей без їхньої згоди.

За порушення ми можемо обмежити або заблокувати акаунт.

6. Зміни сервісу

Ми розвиваємо AmigoAR і можемо змінювати, додавати чи прибирати функції. Сервіс надається «як є»; у межах, дозволених законом, ми не відповідаємо за шкоду від рішень, прийнятих на підставі відповідей ШІ.

7. Зміни умов

Коли умови зміняться, нова версія з'явиться на цій сторінці з новою датою.

8. Право

Ці умови регулює право України. Спори ми спершу намагаємось розв'язати листуванням. Це не обмежує прав, які дає тобі закон твоєї країни як споживачу.

1. What AmigoAR is

AmigoAR is an AI assistant, a phone app: it answers questions about things in your camera view and shows the answer with labels in space.

By using AmigoAR you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. AI can make mistakes

Answers, labels and steps are hints, not professional advice. A label may not land exactly on the right spot, and an answer may be incomplete or wrong.

Check a hint before acting on it, especially with electricity, gas, cars, medicine, food, work at height and tools.
Do not use AmigoAR while driving or wherever being distracted is dangerous.
Decisions based on the answers are your own.

3. Account and age

AmigoAR may only be used by people aged 18 or over: the app asks you to confirm your age before sign-in, and by confirming it you state that you are 18 or older. You sign in with Google. You are responsible for everything done with your account. You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account.

4. Payments

Free requests, subscription and top-up prices are shown on the Pricing page, in the app and on Google Play.
Once your free requests are used up, each AI request deducts its own price from your balance, based on how much work the AI did. The price is shown next to the answer. If the AI does not answer, the request costs nothing.
There is one balance for all versions: pay in one place and it works everywhere you sign in with the same account.
The balance has two parts. The subscription gives $2 for AI requests every month; whatever is unused expires when the next month starts. Top-ups never expire. Requests use the subscription money first and take from top-ups once this month's subscription money runs out.
Subscriptions and top-ups are bought in the app — through Google Play on Android and the App Store on iPhone. Payment, taxes, renewal and cancellation of subscriptions, and refunds go through the store and follow its rules (see our Refund Policy). There are no payments on amigoar.com.
The subscription costs $2 per month or $22 per year in one payment (the yearly plan also gives $2 every month). The Pro subscription costs $5 per month or $55 per year: professional instructions and $5 for requests every month. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the store; after you cancel, they stay active until the end of the period already paid for. A top-up of $5 or more unlocks professional instructions until the balance runs out, and professional answers then cost twice as much.
Professional instructions are advisory only: decisions and responsibility for the result and the safety of the work remain yours.
Your balance is prepayment for AI requests in AmigoAR. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money or transferred to another account. When the account is deleted, the balance is lost.
Prices may change. This never reduces a balance already credited.

5. Not allowed

bypassing limits or payments, or sending automated requests;
hacking the app or server, or disrupting their work;
using AmigoAR for illegal purposes or filming people without their consent.

We may restrict or block accounts that break these rules.

6. Changes to the service

We keep developing AmigoAR and may change, add or remove features. The service is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm resulting from decisions based on AI answers.

7. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We first try to resolve any dispute by correspondence. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
