Видалення акаунта AmigoAR

Спосіб 1 — у застосунку

Відкрий AmigoAR і зайди в Налаштування.
Натисни «Видалити акаунт».
Підтверди. Акаунт видаляється одразу.

Спосіб 2 — листом

Напиши з тієї пошти Google, якою входиш в AmigoAR, на support@amigoar.com з темою «Видалити акаунт». Ми видалимо акаунт протягом 7 днів і відповімо листом.

Що видаляється

запис входу: пошта, ім'я, посилання на фото профілю;
рахунок: безкоштовні запити, залишок, підписка, історія витрат — залишок на рахунку згорає;
скарги на відповіді ШІ.

Усе це видаляється одразу й назавжди, відновити неможливо.

Що не видаляється

Історія розмов і мініатюри на телефоні — вони ніколи не залишали телефон і зникають, коли видалити сам застосунок.
Службові журнали сервера без фото й голосу — стираються самі не пізніше ніж за 7 днів.
Записи про покупки, які Google Play зберігає за своїми правилами.

Підписку в Google Play видалення акаунта не скасовує — скасуй її в Google Play: Профіль → Платежі й підписки → Підписки.

Delete your AmigoAR account

Option 1 — in the app

Open AmigoAR and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. The account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — by email

From the Google email address you use to sign in to AmigoAR, write to support@amigoar.com with the subject Delete my account. We will delete the account within 7 days and reply by email.

What is deleted

sign-in record: email, name, profile photo link;
balance record: free requests, balance, subscription, spending history — the remaining balance is lost;
reports on AI answers.

All of this is deleted immediately and permanently and cannot be restored.

What is not deleted

Conversation history and thumbnails on your phone — they never left the phone and are removed when you uninstall the app.
Server service logs without photos or voice — erased automatically within 7 days.
Purchase records that Google Play keeps under its own rules.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
