AmigoAR — асистент доповненої реальності: ти наводиш камеру на річ, ставиш питання, а штучний інтелект відповідає й ставить мітку просто на потрібну деталь. Тут описано, які дані для цього потрібні, куди вони йдуть і як їх видалити.

Ми не продаємо дані, не показуємо реклами і не передаємо дані рекламним мережам.

Політика має дві частини: загальну для всіх версій AmigoAR (акаунт, рахунок, оплата, твої права) і окрему для застосунку на телефоні.

Частина 1. Загальне для всіх версій

1. Акаунт

Вхід — через Google. Від Google ми отримуємо адресу пошти, ім'я, посилання на фото профілю та ідентифікатор акаунта. Пароля від Google ми не бачимо.

2. Рахунок

Для кожного акаунта на сервері зберігається один запис: скільки лишилось безкоштовних запитів, залишок на рахунку, скільки витрачено, до якої дати діє підписка, а також лічильник запитів за останню хвилину — він захищає від зловживань.

3. Оплата

Підписку й поповнення рахунку оплачуєш через Google Play. Дані картки бачить лише Google; ми отримуємо тільки підтвердження покупки, щоб зарахувати гроші на рахунок.

4. Скарги на відповіді

Якщо ти поскаржишся на відповідь ШІ, ми збережемо текст питання й відповіді, назву моделі ШІ та мову — без фото і без голосу. Скарги читає лише команда AmigoAR, щоб виправляти помилки.

5. Службові журнали

Сервер коротко записує, що запит відбувся: час, назву предмета, яку визначив ШІ, і ціну запиту, а також технічні дані з'єднання. Фото, записи голосу й текст розмов у журнали не потрапляють. Журнали видаляються автоматично не пізніше ніж за 7 днів.

6. Кому передаються дані

Кожен із цих сервісів обробляє дані лише для того, щоб AmigoAR працював, і за своїми умовами захисту даних. Усі з'єднання зашифровані.

7. Скільки зберігаємо

Акаунт, рахунок і скарги зберігаються, доки існує акаунт. Коли ти видаляєш акаунт, усе це стирається одразу й назавжди, а залишок на рахунку згорає.

8. Твої права

Ти можеш будь-коли видалити акаунт у застосунку або попросити про це листом — як саме, описано на сторінці Видалення акаунта. Щоб дізнатися, які дані про тебе є, виправити чи видалити їх, напиши на support@amigoar.com.

9. Діти

AmigoAR не призначений для дітей до 13 років, і ми свідомо не збираємо їхніх даних.

10. Зміни

Коли політика зміниться, нова версія з'явиться на цій сторінці з новою датою.

Частина 2. Застосунок для телефона

11. Камера

Камера потрібна, щоб бачити річ і ставити мітки в просторі. Відстеження простору працює на самому телефоні. Коли ти ставиш питання, застосунок надсилає один знімок кадру на наш сервер, а звідти — в Gemini API по відповідь. Знімки на нашому сервері не зберігаються. Коли камеру вимкнено в застосунку, фото не надсилаються зовсім.

12. Голос

Мікрофон працює лише тоді, коли ти сам вмикаєш запис або режим «Живий Аміго». Голос переводить у текст служба розпізнавання мови, вбудована в Android, і до ШІ йде вже текст. Якщо такої служби на телефоні немає, запис голосу надсилається на наш сервер і в Gemini API; ми його не зберігаємо.

13. Що йде разом із питанням

Щоб ШІ розумів, про що мова, разом із питанням надсилаються попередні репліки цієї розмови, обрана мова і місце мітки на кадрі.

14. Озвучка

Стандартний голос Android працює на самому телефоні. Якщо обрати платний голос, текст відповіді йде через наш сервер в OpenAI і повертається звуком; ми його не зберігаємо.

15. Що лишається на телефоні

Історія розмов, маленькі мініатюри предметів для каталогу та налаштування (мова, тема, голос) зберігаються лише в пам'яті телефона й нікуди не надсилаються. Листівки потрапляють у Галерею, тільки коли ти сам їх робиш. Усе це видаляється разом із застосунком; видалення акаунта історію на телефоні не стирає.

16. Сервіси Google Play для AR

Застосунок працює на «Сервісах Google Play для AR» (ARCore), які надає Google LLC і на які поширюється Політика конфіденційності Google.

Privacy Policy

AmigoAR is an augmented reality assistant: you point your camera at something, ask a question, and artificial intelligence answers and pins a label right on the part you need. This page explains what data that takes, where it goes, and how to delete it.

We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with advertising networks.

The policy has two parts: a general part for all versions of AmigoAR (account, balance, payments, your rights) and a separate part for the phone app.

Part 1. All versions

1. Account

You sign in with Google. From Google we receive your email address, name, profile photo link and account ID. We never see your Google password.

2. Balance

For each account the server keeps one record: how many free requests are left, your balance, how much has been spent, the date your subscription runs until, and a per-minute request counter that protects against abuse.

3. Payments

Subscriptions and balance top-ups are paid through Google Play. Only Google sees your card details; we only receive a purchase confirmation so we can credit your balance.

4. Reports on answers

If you report an AI answer, we store the text of the question and answer, the AI model name and the language — no photos and no voice. Reports are read only by the AmigoAR team to fix mistakes.

5. Service logs

The server briefly records that a request happened: the time, the object name the AI identified, the request cost, and technical connection data. Photos, voice recordings and conversation text are not logged. Logs are deleted automatically within 7 days.

6. Who receives data

Each of these services processes data only to make AmigoAR work, under its own data protection terms. All connections are encrypted.

7. How long we keep data

Your account, balance and reports are kept for as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, all of it is erased immediately and permanently, and the remaining balance is lost.

8. Your rights

You can delete your account at any time in the app or ask us by email — see Delete account. To find out what data we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, write to support@amigoar.com.

9. Children

AmigoAR is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

When this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.

Part 2. Phone app

11. Camera

The camera is needed to see objects and place labels in space. Tracking of the space runs on the phone itself. When you ask a question, the app sends one snapshot of the frame to our server, and from there to the Gemini API for an answer. Snapshots are not stored on our server. When the camera is turned off in the app, no photos are sent at all.

12. Voice

The microphone works only when you start recording or turn on Live Amigo mode. Your voice is turned into text by the speech recognition service built into Android, and only the text goes to the AI. If the phone has no such service, the voice recording is sent to our server and the Gemini API; we do not store it.

13. What is sent with a question

So the AI understands the context, each question is sent together with the earlier messages of the current conversation, the chosen language and where the label is in the frame.

14. Voice answers

The standard Android voice runs on the phone itself. If you choose a paid voice, the answer text goes through our server to OpenAI and comes back as audio; we do not store it.

15. What stays on your phone

Conversation history, small object thumbnails for the catalog, and settings (language, theme, voice) are stored only on your phone and are not sent anywhere. Postcards are saved to your Gallery only when you create them. All of this is removed when you uninstall the app; deleting your account does not erase the history on your phone.

16. Google Play Services for AR

This application runs on Google Play Services for AR (ARCore), which is provided by Google LLC and governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
